Data Recovery
Computers store all of their information on Hard Drives, small devices inside the computer. Hard Drives can last for years and years but sometimes they can develop a technical fault or the computer’s operating system (Windows) can fail – both of these situations can stop your computer from working and prevent you from opening your files.
Most of the time, these files can be recovered and put onto another disk, so that you can access them again.
It is even possible for us to recover data from drives that someone has attempted to delete all of the files from.
Depending on what you need, we have three different Data Recovery options for you.
- Option 1- If you know how to remove the hard drive from your computer, we will send you special packaging so that you can send it to us and we can recover the data from it. We will send the recovered data back on a CD/DVD to you, along with the original hard drive.
- Option 2 - If you are in the local area we will pick up your computer, take it to our work shop and recover the files for you. We’ll copy them to a CD/DVD and return the computer back to you.
- Option 3 - To get your computer up-and-running again as soon as possible we will pick-up your computer, recover the data from your old hard drive, set up Windows on a new hard drive and restore your files to the new drive. The price includes the cost of a new hard drive.
Unfortunately we cannot guarantee that any data will be recovered from your hard drive as each situation is different. We will do our very best to get the data back for you using our specialist techniques and software.
You can book a Data Recovery now from just £45 by booking online or by contacting us.
