We aim to provide a wide range of services to cover any problem that you may have with your computer.

• Backup
  Our special backup system is a great way to make sure you pictures, music and files are secure. Depending on how much data you have on your computer, we can provide two different sizes of backup systems to meet your needs. We will install a small unit that your computer can backup all of your files to.



• Data Recovery
  If your hard drive has failed and computer won't load, we may be able to recover your files for you. Using our specialist software we will recover your files for you, put them on a disk and send them back to you.



• Health Check
  A Health Check is a great way to make sure your computer is running as fast as possible and prolonging its life. Computers can slow down over time due to new software being added, viruses being present or by not having the settings tweaked to ensure the computer is running as fast as it should.



• Home Call
  If you're having a problem with your computer you can book a time for us to come round and take a look. We'll bring all of the tools needed to your house and repair your computer whilst you wait.
  
  
• Pick-Up & Drop-Off
  We aim to keep our prices down and by providing a convenient service. Pick-Up & Drop-Off does both of these. To keep prices down we take your computer to our Work Shop. This allows us to work on more than one machine at a time. It's also convenient as it allows us to work on your computer whilst you're at work and we will drop it off, plug it in again and start it up so that it's ready to use right away.



• Remote Support
  The quickest and easiest way to get PC support. Buy a credit, book a time and we will connect to your computer over the Internet using our support tools. You will be able to describe the problem to us over the phone as we take control of your PC and resolve the problem.
  
  
• Upgrades and Installations
  Most computers can be upgraded with new software or by adding extra hardware, such as memory that will improve the speed of your computer. Much cheaper than buying a new PC and better for the environment.
